Celebrity Judge #1
LeeAnna Vamp is the "Ghoul Of Your Dreams" and host of I Love Nerd Girls and Fiends Forever. She is a high fashion model that mixes it up with a very bold unique look and style.
She's a total nerd at heart growing up loving all the classics from tv, games, toys, fashion and a big fan of 80's movies. She loves Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Horror genres in TV/ Movies and can be seen at conventions all over the world, amongst those she calls "her people, at her home away from home." As she puts it, "I am a fan and will be a Nerd Forever!" LeeAnna Vamp is the Halloween Goddess of our time and it's fitting since it's her favorite holiday. She has a dark side, but can light up any place with her enchanting charisma.
Celebrity Judge #2
A 28 year old from Toronto Ontario has always had a passion for superheroes from a young age. Growing up in the mid 80's he was influenced and surrounded himself with such heroes as batman and superman. Over the past six years Andrew has turned his passion for this genre into a successful and fun hobby. Creating life size props and replicas of his favourite characters.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
Costumes and props must be suitable and appropriate for all ages. Costumes should have a theme consistent with what NFCC celebrates – ie, from comics, video games, anime, or pop culture. Costumes and props should adhere to general NFCC rules and regulations including the weapons and props policy. Exceptions may be made by the Cosplay Coordinator or Live Events Manager.
Only handmade costumes are eligible to win the Best Costume award. Costumes created with the help of friends or family is accepted, however more than 50% of the costume has to be made by the contestant. Prefabricated costumes will be allowed as long as it has been substantially altered by the contestant (at least 70%).
Contestants can enter the contest individually, or as part of a team. If you enter as part of a team, your team will be judged together for the purposes of the Best in Show and Best Performance awards. However, your costumes will still be judged individually for the purposes of the Best Costume award.
Judges will give their ratings based on the following criteria: Performance: (10 points) · Conception / Creativity of the Skit · Entertainment / Audience Enjoyment · Performing Skills · Faithfulness to the story and characters of the original work Costume: (10 points) · Construction · Faithfulness to the original character OR originality · WOW Factor, Props, and such
Safety and Cleanliness: Devices such as flash bombs, any kind of pyrotechnic device, or any type of device that causes staining or a large scattering of objects are prohibited. Scattering of objects is allowed so long as it complies with above rules. Anything that takes time to clean up on stage is not allowed as well. These may become potential hazards to remaining entrants. Using fire and liquids on stage are prohibited. Smoke related special effects are prohibited.
Permission is granted to NFCC to use any photographs/video taken as future promotion material for future events and dealings. Secondary Media coverage may be present at the event. All media captured by Secondary Media will be under their rules and regulations of fair media usage and not that of NFCC.
